The Hall County Animal Shelter will offer a Rabies and Microchip Clinic from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 11, at Sterling on the Lake in Flowery Branch. Rabies shots are $10, microchip and registration is $20, or get both for $25.

Residents from all counties are welcome. Pets must be 3 months old to get a shot. Please bring your pet on a leash or in a carrier. Cash or checks are accepted.

Where: Clubhouse at Sterling on the Lake community (behind Spout Springs Library on Spout Springs Road in Flowery Branch)

Rabies Shot - $10
Microchip and Registration - $20
Combo (Rabies and Microchip) - $25

Animal owners are encouraged to vaccinate their domesticated pets to prevent rabies, a contagious and fatal disease for dogs and other mammals. In addition to special rabies clinics, vaccines are available at the Hall County Animal Shelter for $10 Tuesday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., at 1688 Barber Road, Gainesville.
