Military Service Academy Information Fair for students and parents interested in Military Acad.

Atlanta, GA--  U.S. Rep. Tom Graves (R-GA) today announced that his District Office, in partnership with 10th District U.S. Rep. Paul Broun (R-GA), will host a Service Academy Information Fair for students and their parents who are in eight grade and higher and interested in attending any of the nation’s military Service Academies.  The information fair will be held at Riverside Military Academy on October 10, 2010, from 10:00 am until 1:00 pm. 

Each Service Academy will detail its program during a 10-minute formal briefing for all attendees in the auditorium.  Prior to the formal briefing, each Service Academy will have information tables and admissions representative to answer questions and provide information to all attendees before and after the formal briefings.  After the briefings each academy will provide a more in-depth presentation in a breakout room. 

Successful candidates attend the academies at no cost and receive an Ivy League level education and training experience with the prospect of a career as a professional military officer.

Current cadets and midshipmen from the academies will be on hand to answers questions.
